Mr. Svetoslav Delchev was born on 29.01.1974 in Sofia. He graduated the Berlin Technical University, majoring in Business Administration and Finance and Investments. In 1999 he specialised at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Luxemburg.
Since his return to Bulgaria in 2000 he has been working in the banking sector. His career started at BNP Paribas Bulgaria and was then continued at HVB Biochim and UniCredit Bulbank (after their merger in 2007).There he occupied a managing positions in corporate finance. Mr. Delchev is fluent in German and English.
Since February 2008 he has been a Managing Director of Erste Group Immorent Bulgaria EOOD, a subsidiary of ErsteGroupImmorentInternationalHoldingGmbH,and is responsible for the key business lines of the company Real Estate Leasing & Lending and Project Development.
