Ivan Velkov has been a Regional manager at Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria since 2008, and since November 2009 manages Raiffeisen Real Estate, which is a subsidiary of the financial group in the country.
He has prevously been a Regional manager with responsibilities in the area of HR at Colliers International Southeast Europe, and General manager of the company in Bulgaria.
He has earned his degree in economics in China, where he worked in consultancy companies in the area of logistics and real estate. He is a Vice President of the Board of the National Real Estate Association (NREA).
