Murray Ridgeway is the responsible for the Valuation Department within Bulgaria for King Sturge EOOD.
Within his role Murray manages the Valuation Department which provides valuations for an array of International and Domestic companies. In addition, the department also provides feasibility studies for developers on their potential schemes, ensuring that all schemes represent best practice for the market. Prior to relocating to Sofia, Murray worked within the Czech Republic for Knight Frank’s Investment Department and also as part of the Valuation Department in the King Sturge Prague office.

Bulgaria is the latest addition to the network of wholly owned King Sturge offices in Continental Europe. The firm’s representative office in Sofia supports a number of retained projects and offers Valuation, Investment, Property Management, Facilities Management, Agency and Consultancy services. The King Sturge team in Sofia also works very closely with existing teams in the region such as in Romania, Croatia, Hungary and Serbia.
