Ivan Boykov is a mechanical engineer who graduated from the Technical University of Sofia in 1974.
He has been employed at Energoproekt, Cement Plant - Temelkovo, Balkancar, ZIT Invest.
During 1997 - 2001 he was an MP and member of the industrial policy and environmental protection committees.
Between 2001 and 2003 he worked as a Secretary General of Financial-Industrial Group ‘REI Holding’ and later became Executive Director of the Bulgarian Branch Chamber Roads.
Deputy Chairman of the Board of Managers at the Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association.
He has more than 40 publications, articles and analyses in the field of industrial policy, the problems of Bulgarian organizations, road construction, design and engineering.
