Angel Minev is the Executive Director of the Renovation of Multi-family Buildings Association, which aim is to carry out researches and analyses, as well as consultations regarding the renovation of multi-family buildings and also to support the free information flow between the state administration and property owners.
Mr. Minev was a Deputy Minister of Energy for 2001 – 2005.
He has participated as a regulator in a number of international programs. Currently, he is managing a consultancy company within the energy sector.
