This is "the most" project more than any other in Bulgaria - the biggest mall in terms of renting space, the biggest Carrefour hypermarket, the tallest office tower in Bulgaria, the biggest office lease transaction as well as the major building site in Sofia for more than two years. It opened last month.

The workers in the offices of Vivakom can serve the retailers in the shopping mall and vice versa, and this was pointed out as one of the major advantages of the complementation of offices and retail space. For this reason the office blocks have been leased at 50% before the end of construction.

The site is 54,000 sq. m, the gross-floor area - 240,000 sq. m. A tunnel under Tsarigradsko shose blvd. was financed by the Bulgarian subsidiary of Carrefour in order to provide access to the customers from the city in the end of the working day and not only for those entering Sofia from the east.

The pedestrian access is not that convenient though and some solutions are under discussion like a bridge over the boulevard.
