Elegant public and residential complex Verona city center&residence is taking the place of the old tobacco warehouses in Plovdiv downtown. They meet the atmosphere of Ivan Vazov str. - an ensemble historic zone dominated by public and residential building from the first half of 20 s.

We have been looking for a retro effect in the scale, proportions and materials of the old buildings decorated with facade elements, said the leading designer Rumiana Proykova who is a well known specialist in historic buildings restoration.

The investor is Palace 27 company specialized in luxurious residential buildings in Plovdiv downtown.

The site is just across from Ivan Vazov public library.

Block A is a public building facing Ivan Vazov str. with a retail centre on the first and second floors. The upper floors are offices, on the top floor there is a cocktail bar and a restaurant.

Block B is a superstructure of an existing two-storey building with a third floor with offices and a fourth floor with duplex apartments.

Block C is a new residential building along G.M.Dimitrov str. and Avksentii Veleshki str.
