New project for trade and administrative building of 20,705 sq. m gross-floor area on five storeys is under preparation in Malinova dolina zone in Sofia on a site of 6,907 sq. m.
The building is at about 150 m from the junction of Simeonovsko shose blvd. and the ring-road. The location offers an easy access and a beautiful view to Vitosha mountain.
The investor is a consortium of two companies - Biocarpet Bulgaria Ltd. and Exalco Bulgaria Plc. Biocarpet is the local subsidiary of the Greek mother company, Exalco is also a part of the Greek aluminum producing company.
The design was prepared by a team of 4Rays with leading architect Evgeni Rafailov a bureau created in 2004. By the end of the year is to be completed the technical design, the construction works are to start in 2010.
