Design for landscaping of the territory is to be prepared. The investor of the project is Ilstroy Ltd., the design was prepared by Matis and Lyubomirski bureaus, the developer is Ilstroy. The gross-floor area is 40,000 sq. m. The site of 15,000 sq. m is situated on the spot of the paramilitary organization OSO in Veliko Tarnovo next to Vasil Levski military academy. The complex will include a total of 12 six- and seven-storey buildings with 400 apartments of gross-floor area 40,000 sq. m. Eight of the blocks are almost completed, the ninth is under construction, the tenth is being designed. The investment amounts to BGN 20m. The complex is gated-community type. Next year Ilstroy plans to start two new projects - a complex of 120 apartments on a site of 4,000 sq. m in Acacia neighbourhood and a gated-type community village in Arbanasi.
